Subject to these Terms, Convert Health grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful business purposes related to evaluating or engaging Convert Health's services.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or the accounts of other users

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Lubbock County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Convert Health with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

11.2 Severability

11.4 Assignment
